Record the client, function, date, and time. Saving a booking creates the job folders your team already expects.

Dump cards into 01_RAW, keep the keepers in 02_Selects, and continue through compressed output, client delivery, client selection, and final print. The booking list is the calendar for upcoming programs, and later tools can search it.
