How to take this shot
At dusk, use a 35mm wide lens. The groom on the horse is the centre. Family can dance around him, but his face stays the sharpest thing.
Fill the frame with the garland and the lights. Use 1/320 so the dancing hands do not turn to blur.
Do not step close in front of the horse. A slight low angle from the side makes the groom look tall.
